At Furnishnest, our goal is to make sure your cat furniture arrives quickly, safely, and without hassle. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders across the United States.
Where We Ship
- United States Only: We currently ship to all 50 states.
- No International Shipping: Orders outside the U.S. are not supported at this time.
- Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: All standard U.S. orders include free shipping.
- Additional Fees: Orders headed to Alaska or Hawaii may require an extra shipping charge, calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Carriers: We ship with trusted partners such as FedEx and UPS.
- Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: Deliveries usually take 3–5 business days after shipping.
- Estimated Arrival: Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days from purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email that includes:
- A tracking number
- A direct tracking link
- An estimated delivery date

Delivery Guidelines
- Standard Deliveries: No signature is usually required unless the order contains high-value items.
- Oversized Products: Large cat trees or bulk orders may require scheduled delivery windows.
- Missed Deliveries: If no one is available, the carrier will attempt delivery up to three times or may hold the item at a local facility for pickup.
Shipping Problems
- Lost Packages: If tracking hasn’t updated for 5 business days or your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at support@furnishnest.us. We’ll investigate and send a replacement if needed.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible. Otherwise, email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
- Incorrect or Missing Products: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll quickly fix the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Modifications: Reach out before your order ships if you need to make changes.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they haven’t shipped. Once shipped, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
Possible Delays
Bad weather, peak holidays, or carrier disruptions may occasionally delay deliveries. If this happens, we’ll update you with new delivery information as soon as possible.

Return and Refund Policy
At Furnishnest, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make the return and refund process simple and transparent. This policy applies to all purchases made through Furnishnest.us and also respects your consumer rights, including your right of withdrawal.
Return Eligibility
- Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this period cannot be accepted.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and free from stains, pet hair, or damage. All parts, manuals, and tags must be included.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, clearance or sale items (unless defective), and items showing signs of use are not eligible.
How to Start a Return

- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Processing Time: Typically within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your item (your bank may take additional time).
- Full Refunds: Granted if the product is returned within 30 days and meets condition guidelines.
- Partial Refunds: May apply if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts.
Exchanges
Yes, we process direct exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged in Transit: Report within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.
- Defective Items: Contact us within 30 days and we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with a replacement or refund.
Special Cases
- Bulk Orders (5+ of the same item): Please contact us before initiating a return.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
